Part of the Real Flame® VividFlame Slim Series, the space-saving electric firebox mimics the look of a real, flickering fire, but does not require a chimney or vents and conveniently plugs into a standard outlet. This free-standing indoor fireplace features a shiplap surround, six flame colors, five flame brightness levels, adjustable thermostat, timer function and automatic safety shut-off. The electric fireplace insert provides supplemental heat for rooms up to 1,000 sq ft or the heater can be turned off so you can enjoy the comforting ambiance of a glowing fireplace year-round. Mantel, firebox with log set, hardware and remote control are included.

    How It Works

    Real Flame® electric fireplaces mimic the look of a real fire but do not require a chimney or vents and plug into a standard three-prong outlet. After assembly, place your fireplace in the desired location, install the anti-topple device if required, plug into an outlet, and turn on the firebox by using the touch controls or remote control. The LED  flames flicker realistically and the incorporated heater warms your room. The thermostat is adjustable so the heater can be turned off and you can enjoy the charm of a fire year-round. Customize your fireplace using the brightness settings, timer function and, in some models, flame color. Styles include traditional mantels, media cabinets and wall-mounted fireplaces.

    Beautiful High Quality Fireplace

    2 boxes where shipped to me. One with the electric fireplace unit and the other with the wood component pieces. It took me about an hour to put together. Everything was labeled for easy assembly. This is a very solid, sturdy, freestanding piece. The shiplap surround is perfect and the nice solid wood top makes it beautiful. It has a remote with 6 flame colors. Some of them are a bit weird to me but I LOVE the orange. Feels real! There is an adjustable thermostat that also has a timer. This unit really kicks off some heat and heated up my area in no time at all. Would highly recommend this fireplace. You will love it!!!

    Very nice for an electric fireplace (just know what you’re getting) easy assembly and install

    I’ll start by saying this is my first electric fireplace—and all of the things that I see as drawbacks are drawbacks in electric fireplaces in general. This particular model is very nice. Manufacturing quality is good, the flames and embers look sort of lifelike, and I LOVE that it’s got a thermostat so you can set it to whatever temp you want and it will hold it there. It’s almost certainly cheaper to run this for heat than my gas furnace. Assembly is not bad at all and install is literally nothing more than putting it where you want and plugging it in. Super flexible in terms of trying it out in different spaces. My main negative is noise. I wish it sounded like a fire. Instead it sounds like a pretty loud fan (blowing the air from the heating element). It’s silent when the light is on but not the heat
